Job Description *Location:* Daytona Beach, FL and Troy, MI
*Start Date & Interview Date:* To Be Determined Training & Onboarding * *Training Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM * Training is *100% on-site*. * *Hybrid Work Eligibility:* * Employees will be eligible for a hybrid schedule after completing *30 full days of taking live calls*. Hybrid work may begin after training, provided performance expectations are met: * *95% Quality Score* * *85% Adherence Score* Hybrid schedules are performance-based and contingent upon *quality, adherence, attendance, and overall performance*. Work Schedule * Post-training and nesting schedules will be assigned based on *business needs* of the assigned bank. * Available shifts include: * 9:30 AM-6:00 PM * 10:00 AM-6:30 PM * *Monday-Friday* Compensation * *$18.00/hour* - English-speaking candidates * *$19.50/hour* - Bilingual candidates (*Spanish required*) Position Overview The client is expanding their *Call Center Loss Drafts Team*. This is a high-level contact center role focused on supporting *homeowner claims*. Call durations range from *1 minute to 45 minutes*. Many interactions involve customers who may be frustrated due to delayed repairs or held funds, requiring professionalism and strong conflict-resolution skills. Key Responsibilities * Handle approximately *40-50 inbound calls per day*, depending on call duration * Support customers with *existing homeowner claims* * Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries * Utilize claim management tools to provide accurate and timely information * Manage escalated calls as needed * Act as a liaison between *Proctor, homeowners, and lenders* * Maintain composure and professionalism when handling upset customers * Accurately document all interactions and updates in the claim system * Place outbound calls when required * Apply effective problem-solving and resolution skills Required Skills * Customer service excellence * Inbound call handling * Escalation management * Contact center experience * Mortgage or insurance exposure preferred * Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Required Qualifications * Active cellphone with service (required for dual authentication) * *1-2 years of call center experience*, preferably in escalations, claims, or insurance * Ability to manage difficult conversations and high-stress situations * Proficiency with Windows-based systems and complex software platforms * Minimum typing speed of *35 WPM* * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Reliable transportation (references will be verified) Preferred Qualifications * Insurance or mortgage industry * Experience handling auto claims or other claim types * Prior experience supporting Medicaid or Medicare customers Experience Level *Entry Level* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
