Job Description: This position is client facing and you will be called upon to speak to technical team members of your own team and the customer to provide advice and council for various implementation techniques, architectural recommendations and decisions, and troubleshooting during incident and system outage events. Participation and perspectives on new solution proposals with the client to identify growth opportunities and expand our existing responsibilities. The Candidate is a team player, a motivator and a problem solver, able to analyze complex problems and form workable solutions. Your primary responsibilities will be as follows: Architectural and Design work * Deep understanding of various Hitachi/Non-Hitachi Storage products: Block, File & Content technologies - VSP Block, HCP. HNAS, VSP One, Netapp, HDI, HCI, HCP AW and HCP SfC would be a plus * Min 10+ years of experience in Storage industry. About us
