Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dynamic and strategic Healthcare and Education Account Executive to lead targeted business development efforts across approximately 25 university and healthcare facilities in the Boston District. This role is designed to drive conversion of opportunity accounts.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

This position's typical schedule is 40 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.

This position may require 50% or more of travel.


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to convert targeted healthcare and education facilities to Sherwin-Williams.

  • Collaborate closely with the District Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Representatives, AAE, and National Accounts to align efforts and maximize impact.

  • Engage with engineers and facility stakeholders to identify opportunities focused on sustainability and health-related solutions using a consultative approach

  • Once an account is successfully converted, transition the customer relationship to a designated Sales Representative within the Boston District.

  • Maintain detailed records of account progress, conversion status, and stakeholder engagement.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Must have the ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).

  • 3+ Years developing the multifamily property management market

  • Demonstrated ability to create high level client relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Demonstrated leadership skills as a large volume Sales Rep or

  • Effective leadership skills & demonstrated ability to direct selling teams.

  • Ability to establish credibility through consistent communication, execution and performance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated significant successful Sales & Marketing experience.

  • Demonstrated and thorough knowledge of the Boston District and surrounding markets.
