Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Under direct supervision, responsible for providing technical support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Work on problems of limited scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. (Essential)
  • Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex operating systems. (Essential)
  • Provide, present, and interpret design, application, and service information and make presentations on all aspects of products. (Essential)
  • Assist in the implementation of customer installation plans. (Essential)
  • Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications. (Essential)
  • Comply with EBARA's safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies. (Essential)
  • Perform other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential)

  • The ability to lift 35 lbs. unassisted from the floor to waist level.
  • The ability to perform the identified essential functions of the classification, including the operation of any machinery and/or equipment that is associated with performing the essential functions.

Education



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Physics preferred) or equivalent experience.


Experience



  • One (1) to Four (4) years of work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.


SKILLS & ABILITIES



  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Speaking in front of groups/strong presentation skills. Strong time management skills. Self-starter.
  • Demonstrated leadership and program management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Provide verification of good driving record if servicing customer offsite.
