Business Analyst/Data Analyst

Peraton is seeking a Business Analyst/Data Analyst. The Business Analyst for VLER will be perform the following duties, but not limited too:

Assets plays a critical role in analyzing business processes and needs and ensuring alignment with system functionality.
• This includes gathering, documenting, and refining requirements to optimize processes and workflows for the VLER system.
• The Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders, developers, and other teams to identify system enhancements, resolve issues, and support data quality and governance initiatives.
• Responsibilities include creating detailed documentation, facilitating stakeholder meetings, analyzing data trends, validating updates to maintain VLER system reliability and efficiency.
• The Business Analyst prepares business requirements documents (BRD) that detail proposed solutions and submits them to the Government for review and approval.
• Bridging the gap between technical teams and business users, this role ensures that VLER assets meet operational and mission-critical needs.

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have active public Trust clearance
• Experience analyzing business processes
• Experience with gathering requirements
• Experience with documenting requirements and presenting them to stakeholders
