  • Candidate Experience Ownership: Champion a transparent and positive candidate journey from application through offer acceptance, reflecting JX's commitment to creating positive experiences.

Foster Life-long Learning:

  • Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach the Talent Acquisition team on best practices, market intelligence, and advanced sourcing techniques to foster continuous professional growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Ensure the team maintains continuous market knowledge of competitor strategies, salary trends, and sourcing channels relevant to JX's core hiring needs (e.g., technicians).

Exhibit a Pioneering Spirit:

  • Technician Recruiting Strategy: Develop, implement, and lead a focused, multi-faceted strategy for recruiting skilled Technicians. This includes: identifying key educational institutions, coordinating event participation, designing effective recruiting campaigns, and ensuring continuous pipeline generation across relevant geographic areas.
  • Role Allocation & Strategy: Create and manage the allocation strategy for requisitions across the TA team, defining how the different role categories (Technicians/Parts/Sales/Corporate/Management) will be divided and attacked.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:

  • Metrics & Data-Driven Management: Design, develop, and maintain a core Talent Acquisition metrics dashboard (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Source-of-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Funnel Conversion rates) to provide leadership with actionable insights and manage the team by performance data.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Partner with leaders to develop and implement tailored, creative recruitment strategies for persistent hard-to-fill roles, ensuring efficient use of resources (budget, time, team focus).

Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.
