    Job Summary

    Under limited supervision, provides support to all departments/companies and ensures that all functions are carried out daily with no interruptions to business processes. This position requires duties to be performed 100% onsite. Duties include but are not limited to shipping, receiving, letter fulfillment, transcript fulfillment and facilities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provides coverage for receptionist, including receiving/directing incoming calls, and maintaining/scheduling the Corporate Services Hotline
    • Performs shipping and receiving activities including incoming and outgoing mail, overnight mail, inter-office mail as well as sorting and batching Wage Withholding orders
    • Provides general maintenance and ordering for the supply rooms and all areas of the facility
    • Runs the daily bulk mail process and prepares the daily letters for printing
    • Manages mail letter templates, programs new letter templates and works with the various business units and external vendors to test letters
    • Provides direction for corporate moves, construction and proper facility set-up for meetings, events, etc.
    • Provides assistance to all ECMC departments with work production goals as needed
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED or equivalent relevant experience
    • 1-2 years of office/business clerical experience
    • 1+ years' experience working in mail services or a facilities environment

    The pay range for this position is $22.00. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, peer and market benchmarks, and geographic location.
