Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required. Five or more years of power plant or industrial experience in a maintenance or construction discipline is preferred. Four or more years of directly relevant experience (in addition to the required seven years of experience) may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience includes experience with electrical power or control systems (preferred, particularly for maintenance and construction activities), electrical system planning, analysis, design, or project management, etc.Consideration will also be given to military experience, with a minimum of three years in a leadership role. A thorough knowledge of electrical theory in both A.C. and D.C. electrical circuits is preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. Experience with Ameren job management systems (EMPRV, Maximo, etc.) preferred. Must possess excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, communication, organization and human relations skills, and be able to interact effectively with various stakeholders including union represented personnel. Must also be able to produce exceptional results while working independently or as a team member. The Supervisor of Solar Operations works a standard day shift. Callouts, including off-hours and weekend support may be required to support plant operations. Frequent travel to and from various solar operating facilities throughout Missouri and Illinois will be required. Home reporting location can be any of the Ameren Missouri solar facilities located in the Missouri region
Compensation Range: $105,100.00 - $162,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
