Product Management Intern

dormakaba is seeking a Product Management Intern based in Lexington. This role will report directly to the Product Manager I. The Product Management Intern is responsible for day-to-day sales activities and customer engagement. This role is customer-facing, supports virtual product demonstrations, helps answer technical questions, and serves as a key link between customers, sales, and engineering teams.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $ 19.00- $ 23.00 an hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Assist with daily sales and support activities, including sending out samples and following up with customers
• Monitor incoming inquiries and calls, and help initiate customer conversations
• Participate in and help kick off customer calls and online product demonstrations
• Provide first-level technical support and help answer customer questions
• Gather customer feedback and relay relevant information to Sales and Engineering teams

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with anticipated graduation date in December 2026 through Spring 2029 in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Mgmt. or related field.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks (May-August 2026)
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with software-based products
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Confident, professional communication skills with customers and internal teams
