Position Summary: Responsible for leading operation of the Quality Support Teams which include gage calibration, electronics standards calibration, hydraulic pressure and flow calibration, metlab, NDT, and layout. Implements the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy to ensure a safe work environment, drive quality improvements, provide premier customer service, develop a qualified workforce, reduce operating costs, inventories and lead times through continuous improvements. Oversee day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and annual expectations. SCOPE/SUPERVISION AND INTERACTION: __X__ Has Direct Reports ____ Does Not Have Direct Reports Supervisory responsibility includes, but is not limited to, training and developing subordinates, delegating work assignments, coaching and counseling employees, and administering disciplinary procedures up to and including Written Warnings. The employee has the responsibility and authority to identify the status of production materials and equipment and take action with such materials as defined in work instructions and control plans.
