JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are seeking a Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL), Central to serve as a key scientific partner within our US Medical Affairs Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes team. This fieldbased role focuses on building strong relationships with decisionmakers, delivering clinical and economic value, and identifying strategic opportunities that positively impact patients living with Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes. This territory covers AL, AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, WI. Candidates must reside within the territory and live near a hub airport in the territory. Up to 75% of travel required, including overnights and some weekends. About the Role The Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL) provides clinical insights, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) expertise, and realworld evidence to external stakeholders including integrated delivery networks (IDNs), large medical groups, toptier research institutions, and regional payers. You will cultivate highvalue partnerships, assess data gaps, and drive fieldbased research collaborations to support strategic medical initiatives. What You'll Do

This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $156,000-$238,400 annually. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
