As a Security Officer - Visitor Reception in Redfield, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a critical utilities location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, and monitor activity to support a secure environment. You will greet employees and visitors with professional customer service, document access events, and communicate clearly with site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries to the appropriate location.
• Operate access control systems and security-related screening equipment as assigned, maintain accurate access logs, and report discrepancies to site leadership.
• Monitor entrances, gates, and restricted areas for unauthorized entry and conditions that may help to deter policy violations, and/or notify appropriate personnel when issues are observed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter around a utilities location, with working environments and conditions varying by site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
