Be You. The Office of Counsel at Duke University is looking for an experienced Associate General Counsel - Healthcare Transactions to join our collaborative, missiondriven legal team. In this role, you will work at the center of complex, highimpact healthcare transactions that directly support Duke University Health System (DUHS) and its affiliated organizations. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the health system, providing practical, strategic legal guidance on acquisitions, joint ventures, clinical integrations, and innovative affiliation models.
