* Carry out pre-determined and recurring cradle-to-grave contract administration duties. * Determine the contract methods for use in developing terms and conditions of solicitations * Obtain required reviews and/or approvals, assist with planning, execution, administration, and termination of contracts through formal solicitation or negotiation procedures * Evaluate contract price proposals and perform terminations and close-out of contracts * Negotiate and discuss costs/prices and terms and conditions * Participate in source selections working with evaluation teams * Provide procurement guidance to program offices, field offices and user functions REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING: * Secret Security Clearance preferred (Must be able to obtain a US Government Clearance) * Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience; Substitution: 4 years of work experience can substitute for degree * Knowledgeable in techniques for researching solutions and organizing and collaborating with teams. * Strong organization and customer service skills. * Knowledge of and experience in the acquisition lifecycle, to include requirements development and/or procurement execution and contract administration. * Knowledge of the Federal, DoD, and Army acquisition regulation and policies. * Able to address and resolve complex acquisition/contracting problems. * Current expertise in the acquisition and contracting processes involving weapon systems, services, supplies, and IT hardware, software, and services.
