Job Description Summary The Intern - Marketing & Social Media supports the Wilson Warbirds Marketing team by assisting with content creatin, social media executing, and day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role helps develop digital content, manage projects, and contribute to online fan engagement throughout the season. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Generate engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.

Education and/or Experience Currently enrolled or recent graduate from an accredited college or university pursuing a degree or course work related to the functions of the position. Computer Skills To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Proficiency in adobe creative suite. Including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
