Summary/Objective:

LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII), a leading global supplier of engineered components for the RV, marine, transportation, housing and aftermarket (RV, Marine, Automotive) markets, seeks a Director of Investor Relations to lead all communications with the investment community and support the company's financial narrative and strategic positioning.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute an IR strategy that communicates LCI's diversified business model, market leadership, and innovation pipeline.
  • Provide insights to executive leadership on investor sentiment, industry trends, and competitive positioning across RV, marine, and transportation markets.

Financial Communication

  • Lead quarterly earnings preparation, including scripts, presentations, and Q&A, reflecting performance drivers such as operational efficiencies, costsavings initiatives, and new product innovations.
  • Ensure transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all financial disclosures.

Investor Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
  • Manage investor outreach, including roadshows, conference participation, plant tours, and oneonone meetings.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor industry conditions, OEM production trends, aftermarket demand, and competitive developments; provide updates to senior leadership.
  • Track valuation metrics, stock performance, and peer comparisons to inform IR messaging.
  • Prepare Executive and Board-level reports on stock performance, valuation trends, market sentiment, and competitive benchmarking.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Support SEC filings and ensure adherence to disclosure controls and corporate governance standards.
  • Align communications with legal and finance teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years in investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within manufacturing or industrial markets.
  • Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and ability to articulate complex operational and market dynamics.
  • Analytical thinker with detail orientation and ability to manage sensitive information.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by your reporting manager.

Travel:

Travel will be 30% of the role.
