Security Guard

We are looking for a Security Guard to join our team. As a security guard with Contech you will contribute to America's essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Patrols: Regularly walk or drive around premises to check for security breaches, hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
• Access Control: Check identification, log visitors, and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Incident Response: Act as the first responder to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, contacting police or fire departments as needed.
• Reporting: Document all activities, incidents, and concerns in detailed reports
• Maintenance: May perform minor tasks like checking generators, locking/unlocking doors, or ensuring equipment is secure.
• Coordinate: Troubleshoot and coordinate with QC and Production managers for steam systems and other heat curing methods for produced product.
• Other duties as assigned.

About You

We Require:

• Prior security experience.
• Strong observation & communication skills.
• Physical fitness.
• Basic computer/tech familiarity (alarms, cameras).
