Shift: Monday - Thursday | 10-hour days

Looking for a reliable assembly job with growth potential? We're hiring Mechanical Manufacturing Assemblers to keep the shop humming and production goals on track.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of mechanical assembly or industrial manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems (motors, bearings, fasteners, alignment)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Time management and ability to meet production deadlines
• Strong safety awareness
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment or industrial machinery assembly
• Familiarity with hydraulic or pneumatic systems
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial fields
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment

What You'll Own:

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Install motors, bearings, shafts, gearboxes, piping, and other mechanical systems
• Align, fit, and adjust parts to ensure proper operation
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, hoists, and measuring devices
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and make adjustments or repairs as needed
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and functionality
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel
• Document work performed and report issues or deviations
