Associate Inventory Specialist

About the Role:

Meet the engine behind our inventory operations! As an
Associate Inventory Specialist, you'll keep materials moving smoothly
by tracking orders, managing shipments, and ensuring inventory
is accurate across our main warehouse and technician
locations. You'll receive, ship, transfer, and organize materials
while helping assemble and pre-program equipment that keeps our teams in the
field running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying
organized, learning new products, and being hands-on in a fast-paced
environment. If you like variety, teamwork, and making sure nothing falls
through the cracks, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do:

• Ship, receive, and store energy field service hardware to
  ensure Field Technicians have the materials needed for installations and
  service repairs
• Fill material work order requests and track shipments to
  support timely and accurate field operations
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory across the main
  warehouse and multiple technician warehouses
• Receive and log new material from vendors and returned
  materials from technicians

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency
• Effective communication skills, with both internal personnel
  and external clients and vendors
• Analytical thinking skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Problem solving skills
• Prioritization skills
• Interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Ideal to Have:

• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior forklift experience
• Previous logistics experience
