Summary
The Logistics Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, visibility, and integrity across warehouse operations. This role oversees inventory control processes from inbound receipt through putaway, storage, and system reconciliation, with a strong focus on data accuracy, operational efficiency, and cross-system alignment between WMS and ERP.
Responsibilities


  • Own end-to-end inventory control processes, including inbound receiving, putaway, storage, adjustments, and cycle counts
  • Monitor and analyze inventory accuracy by reconciling discrepancies between WMS and ERP systems on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain inventory KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, adjustment trends, staging dwell time, aging, system variances)
  • Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and drive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with operations and IT teams
  • Support physical inventory counts and cycle count programs, including variance analysis and system correction
  • Track staging and dwell time metrics to minimize inventory congestion and improve warehouse flow
  • Improve inventory visibility and reporting through dashboards and standardized reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Establish and enforce inventory control SOPs to support audit readiness and operational consistency
  • Support internal and external audits by providing inventory data, explanations, and reconciliation logic



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems and inventory reconciliation processes
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience building and maintaining inventory reports and dashboards
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Experience with consumer goods or durable goods inventory
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other BI/reporting tools
  • Experience supporting cycle count programs and audit processes
  • Knowledge of inventory adjustment controls and compliance requirements
  • Inventory accuracy & data integrity

Recruiting Range
$115,000 - $125,000 USD
