Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Denver, CO office, this role will report to the SVP, Human Resources.


The right candidate will have experience supporting C-suite level executives along with regular interaction with Board of Directors, shareholders and cross-functional management.


Key responsibilities (to name a few):



  • Act as the gatekeeper for the C-Suite offices.
  • Schedule and organize large and complex activities such as on-site and off-site meetings, travel (transportation, flights, hotels), facility events and department activities along with logistics involved in these activities for all members of the local and global team.
  • Execute department purchasing activities.
  • Ensure appropriate level of IT support.
  • Build and maintain databases either created by this role or by others (e.g., IPP, specifications, shared drives).
  • Field/answer all routine and non-routine questions.
  • Compile and reconcile receipts and forms related to travel and other expenses prior to sending to accounts payable.
  • Establish, develop, update and maintain electronic department files.
  • Identify any gaps within Executive Assistant department support needs and proactively take the initiative to address.
  • Work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects.


    • Acts as a project manager for special projects which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information and organizing events. Execute special or ad hoc projects as needed.


  • Daily assistance for travelers and solving booking/travel issues.
  • Liaison between travelers and American Express, manage invoice payment, travel approvals and other travel booking issues as they arise.


Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 8+ years' experience supporting C-Suite level executives in roles with progressive responsibility.
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity and discretion along with a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information. Maintain high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong team player: proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed, builds collaborative relationships.
  • Able to work well under pressure, effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with internal and external business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide meaningful information to management.
  • Self-motivated, able to make decisions without guidance, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Able to create and develop presentations and reports as requested.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay & Benefits



  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
