The Role

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the intraday execution of Customer Meter Services (CMS) Collections work in an efficient and effective manner which yields optimal technician utilization while exceeding regulatory and customer safety and satisfaction obligations. This in-office role will work from noon to 8pm, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do
  • Work with field operations (CMS), Resource Planning, Gas Ops, Contact Center, Collections organizations to ensure efficient work execution throughout the day
  • Provide support to field for intraday work management
  • Act as communications center for the field, ensuring required support is in place to be able to execute on field requirements.
  • Maintain communications with internal departments to enable field technician work order completion
  • Optimize technician work assignment and routing to yield improved work execution, increased technician utilization
About You
  • High school diploma or GED AND 2+ years of administrative work experience required
  • College degree AND 6 months of general work experience preferred
  • Experience in a utility industry is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and remain focused throughout workday
  • Able to work different shifts is a must, with potential to work weekends. Working hours may exceed 8 hours/day
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong verbal communications capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing situations and making quick decisions

$77,000 - $90,000 a year

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
