PCG is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to join our Strategic Development team in Lenexa, KS at our corporate headquarters. This role is primarily focused on learning system administration and support (approximately 70%), with secondary responsibility for instructional design and content development (approximately 30%). In this role, you will serve as the primary system owner and administrator for our Learning Management System, ensuring reliable system performance, accurate learning data, and a positive user experience. You will provide first-line system support, manage configuration and reporting, and partner with internal teams and vendors to optimize learning technologies across our learning ecosystem. In addition to system ownership, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to design and maintain effective learning solutions that support performance, compliance, and professional growth.
