Job Description:

We're looking for a full-time, staff Sr. Compensation Programs Analyst to join our Day & Zimmermann team.This role administers the enterprise compensation programs, systems, and processes, with primary accountability for Year-End Compensation activities (Merit and Short-Term Incentive), SuccessFactors compensation functionality including our Rewards & Recognition Program, and training enablement. It will serve as the point of contact for compensation systems, process governance, and continuous improvement, leveraging automation, AI, and technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. It will also partner closely with Compensation leadership, HR Operations, HR Technology, and IT to ensure consistent and effective delivery of compensation programs.

As the Sr. Compensation Programs Analyst, here's the work you'll do:



  • Serve as the project lead for our end-to-end Year-End Compensation process, including Merit and Short-Term Incentive planning, timelines, system configuration, testing, and execution. Partner with HR Operations, HR Technology, and IT to ensure data integrity, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the annual cycle.
  • Act as the Compensation subject matter expert for SuccessFactors, owning compensation-related configuration, enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure system functionality, controls, and data governance align with compensation program requirements and enterprise standards. Administrator of our Rewards & Recognition Programs.
  • Serve as the primary training point of contact for Compensation programs, tools, and processes for HR and managers. Design, deliver, and maintain training materials and job aids to support consistent understanding and execution of compensation programs. Oversee communication to HR community about compensation methodology and process.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across compensation processes, leveraging automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Partner with stakeholders to identify, pilot, and implement solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Support additional compensation initiatives and special projects as assigned. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Compensation programs and processes based on business needs.



This role is for you if you have these skills:



  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to master quantitative concepts.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and competency with enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of compensation/rewards principles and practices.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple ongoing projects. Manage deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to prepare, interpret, and communicate complex data in a meaningful way.



And if you have these qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Finance or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years of compensation experience required.
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.



In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $80,640.00 - $120,960.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
