JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Penn State School of Music seeks to fill part-time student positions on its Stage Crew. These positions are responsible for the immediate production needs of artists and presenters who use production management services. Crew members can be expected to operate A/V, lighting, and acoustic banner systems in the Recital Hall, as well as prepare the stage area for performers and Hall for concertgoers. Scheduling is event-driven, and no regularly scheduled hours or shifts are available. Applicants are required to have at least one weekday morning or afternoon free of other commitments as well as frequent evening and weekend availability. The position requires the ability to follow directions and successfully work as a member of a team. Preference will be given to full-time registered Penn State College of Arts & Architecture students. Please include your class schedule (class times only) in lieu of a cover letter when applying. Positions will remain open throughout the 20/21 academic year and applications will be reviewed as the need warrants.
