Job Description Summary

This role supports the Facilities team by maintaining and updating the 5year facilities project forecast, with a strong focus on Excel-based data management and analysis. The position offers hands-on exposure to facilities project planning, capital request preparation, invoice processing, and-over time-site assessments for candidates who demonstrate aptitude and interest.

Job Description:

  • Maintain, update, and improve the Facilities 5Year Forecast tool using advanced Excel functions and structured data management.
  • Collaborate with Facilities and Finance teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with budgeting processes.
  • Assist with planning and documentation for facilities projects, including scope development and scheduling.
  • Prepare and draft capital request documents and supporting materials.
  • Support invoice processing, tracking, and documentation for facilities-related expenditures.
  • Participate in site assessments and facility reviews once proficiency and interest are demonstrated.
  • Maintain organized project records and contribute to process improvements within the forecasting workflow.
  • Provide general analytical and administrative support to the Facilities team as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree fulltime in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management), Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and analysis.
  • Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills for preparing project requests and documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Available to work 25 hours each week, year-round.
  • Must be able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
