entitlement tools, data administration in the tools, providing user and tool support, responding to internal and external customer inquiries related to the processes, transactions, and data in the quote-to-order workflow. What you'll be doing
Manage and supervise license order fulfillment, using different licensing tools, or ordering from alliance partners Administrate product, pricing, approval workflow data via arranging, structuring, data-loading, workflow designing, testing in CRM, CPQ, ERP, order management, service, and licensing systems Develop and provide custom data extracts and reports from CRM, CPQ, ERP, service management or licensing systems Maintain user security access for CRM and CPQ applications Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.g., sales) and external (e.g., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing Work in collaboration with IT on tool issues, enhancement projects, regression and UAT testing Help identify, recommend, and implement tool and process improvements Analyze requirements, design solutions to fit those requirements, write user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria Develop test scripts, knowledgebase, roll-out training and tool demo documents and video materials Train users from other teams or within the team holding live training/demo sessions Coordinate issues and collaborate across other organizations or with channel and alliance partners Manage alliance partner fulfilment via PO based or royalty reporting based procedures Reporting regular 3rd party product license transactions to alliance partners
What you'll likely bring
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent customer service skills Solid organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to deliver quality results while under time constraints Quick learning of new software to super-user level (office, project, CRM, CPQ, ERP, service, licensing, reporting and analytics) Exercise own judgment in making decisions on-the-fly when encountering situations outside of defined processes or policies Experiences in CPQ, service management, ERP software preferred Ample knowledge of the quote-to-cash process Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word Ready to travel occasionally, sometimes unsupervised, to satellite offices to gather business requirements, gather data, perform user surveys, or deliver user training Ready to occasionally act as project lead for special projects or assignments

3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge 1+ years of specialized/industry experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
