About the role:

This role supports the coordination of activity with fund companies, fund administrators and internal stakeholders ensuring the day-to-day operation of wealth advisory investments goes smoothly. They support the operating needs of licensed brokers and advisors (Principals, Senior Wealth Advisors & Wealth Advisors), including providing quality services for prospective and existing clients with respect to a wide variety of questions.

This job can be done in one of the following CLA offices:

Madison, WI or Monticello, MN.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with the Investment Operations Director and Billing & Reporting Director to support operational needs of wealth advisors with respect to the investment platform.
  • Setup of new client accounts in the portfolio accounting system and other ancillary systems, including creation and maintenance of reporting groups.
  • Creation and maintenance of client dashboards.
  • Coordinate private investment account activity between vendors and clients.
  • Client Support: Provide high quality service to prospective/existing clients and co-workers through timely, courteous, respectful, and helpful communication.
  • Perform regular data integrity checks within the portfolio accounting system.
  • Production of Quarterly Investment Reports for clients
  • Assist in special brokerage, billing, and investment advisory projects as needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Related experience is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota: $48,700 - $85,000
