Position Overview

The Solutions Manager EUS is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of Endpoint and Deployment Management, On Site Support and Collaboration Management across the enterprise. This individual will have solid technical infrastructure experience, strong project management acumen, excellent vendor management skills, plus a superior, service-oriented approach to infrastructure operations. Due to the broad impact of deploying and managing endpoints (workstations, servers, and mobile devices) of every business unit around the globe, superior customer service and communication are essential to this position.

Job Responsibilities

Imaging and Packaging (20%):



  • Manage and oversee the creation and deployment of system images.
  • Develop and maintain software packaging standards.
  • Ensure consistency, effectiveness and quality in endpoint delivery services across all user environments.


Patching and Updates (20%):



  • Govern and Monitor patching and in-place upgrades
  • Ensure process adherence and problem trend analysis for recurring patching/update issues
  • Lead scope, enhancements, and project activities related to endpoint updates and lifecycle improvements
  • Manage critical path items for upgrade and patch schedule


Microsoft 365 (30%):



  • Oversee corporate email, cloud collaboration platforms, licensing, and administration
  • Understand system architecture and manage service stability, security, and configuration for messaging and collaboration systems
    (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Lead large-scale cloud content migrations, including M&A-driven Office 365 migrations
  • Develop and maintain service roadmaps with Service Provider, Security, BRM, and EA for O365-based services
  • Provide technical oversight to ensure accurate resolution of O365-related issues



On-Site Support and Team Coordination For EU and NA (30%):



  • Manage escalations, testing, upgrades, enhancements, and complex troubleshooting
  • Implement permanent solutions for recurring issues and communicate changes to teams
  • Lead and coordinate projects requiring cross-functional or on-site collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • 7+ years experience
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365 applications and
    endpoint service management
  • Experience supporting managed service
    environments and leading a team of professionals
  • History of leading large-scale migrations and
    complex system lifecycle management
