None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Afognak Native Corp has an opportunity for a Facility Maintenance Technician. The Facility Maintenance Technician oversees and performs the day-to-day maintenance and repair for the Alutiiq Center including all building related systems and grounds as well as providing maintenance service and support to the Tenants of the Alutiiq Center at the level of service consistent with industry standards for a Class A commercial office building. We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Facilities Maintenance Technician to directly support the daily operations and long-term stewardship of a $30 million Class A commercial building in Anchorage. The selected individual will have a meaningful impact on building performance, tenant satisfaction, and overall risk management.
Payrate: $64,937 to $81,161 Annually REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
