For more information, please visit www.resilience.com The Director, EHS (Environment, Health, & Safety) & Security is a senior site leader responsible for shaping and sustaining a proactive, engaged safety and environmental culture across a large & growing site. As a member of the Site Senior Leadership Team, this role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for all EHS and physical security programs, ensuring regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement, risk reduction, and employee ownership of safety. The Director partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Legal, and Corporate EHS/Security to design and implement scalable systems that protect employees, the environment, and the business, while enabling operational excellence and growth. Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $145,000.00 - $216,250.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
