You will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's online presence, creating high-impact, short-form e-commerce videos and social media content that resonate with a fashion-forward audience. Your work will directly influence product perception and customer engagement, translating garment movement and luxury aesthetics into polished, high-conversion digital experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **End-to-End Editing:** Lead the full editing process for compelling short-form videos, transforming raw footage into captivating content for e-commerce platforms and social media channels like Instagram Reels and TikTok.

* **Fashion Storytelling:** Elevate product narratives through cinematic techniques, expertly highlighting fabric textures, garment fit, and overall style to maintain the brand's sophisticated aesthetic across all deliverables.

* **E-commerce Optimization:** Develop concise, high-conversion e-commerce videos that effectively showcase product features and ensure brand consistency.

* **Technical Post-Production:** Master all aspects of post-production, including precise color grading tailored for fashion lighting, sophisticated sound design, and seamless music synchronization to enhance video pacing and impact.

* **Collaboration:** Actively collaborate with creative directors and key stakeholders, skillfully incorporating feedback and refining edits through multiple iterations to achieve desired outcomes.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* A compelling portfolio or reel showcasing extensive previous fashion and e-commerce video editing work. Please include links within your application.

* Demonstrated expertise in shooting or editing specifically within the fashion industry, understanding its unique demands and aesthetics.

* Proven mastery in editing for popular social platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok), coupled with a deep understanding of current trends and platform-specific requirements.

* Advanced proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.

* A robust, high-speed internet connection and a reliable workstation capable of efficiently handling 4K/high-resolution fashion footage.

* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring meticulous review of footage for continuity, visual quality, and brand alignment.

* Strong ability to "over-communicate" project status, anticipate needs, and swiftly implement feedback within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Comfort and flexibility in managing an hourly, project-based schedule where hours may fluctuate based on project demands.
