Operations Specialist Eggharbor, NJ Pay : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour 26-01243 Job Summary The Operations Specialist supports the LSLR Project by researching and updating service records to identify and resolve unknown service line information by the 2027 deadline. This role involves coordinating map review calls, creating work orders, conducting investigative research, maintaining accurate data records, and interacting directly with customers through phone, email, and in-person communication. Key Responsibilities Research and update service records associated with the LSLR Project Identify, track, and resolve unknown service line data Participate in map review calls and document outcomes Create and manage work orders based on investigative findings Conduct investigative work using internal systems and records Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of project documentation Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook Customer service experience and professionalism Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Required Education & Certification High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license #ZR
