About the Role The Enterprise Digital Workplace Lead Systems Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for the architecture, design, and governance of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity platforms. This role drives enterprisescale digital workplace strategy, including Copilot and automation initiatives, while ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience. What You'll Do Lead architecture, design, and governance for Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Project Server, Copilot). Define and execute enterprise collaboration and AI (Copilot) strategy and roadmaps. Design secure, scalable solutions aligned to Zero Trust and compliance standards (HIPAA, FERPA, global retention). Drive automation and workflow optimization using the Power Platform and PowerShell. Oversee cloud migrations and multigeo collaboration environments. Provide L3 support, platform monitoring, performance KPIs, and 24/7 oncall coverage. Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders. What We're Looking For Experience 7+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in large (10,000+ user) enterprise environments 7+ years of M365 collaboration architecture (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) 10+ years in midtolarge enterprise IT environments 5+ years supporting global, multigeo deployments Technical Expertise Microsoft 365/O365, Entra ID, Azure, Copilot, Active Directory Power Platform and PowerShell automation Zero Trust and leastprivilege security models Windows and SQL Server environments Google Workspace coexistence experience Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills Analytical, proactive, and customerfocused mindset Ability to thrive in highimpact, fastpaced environments Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Required: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Preferred: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, ITIL v4 Why Insight We support your career growth, wellbeing, and flexibility-including the ability to work internationally for up to 30 consecutive days per year.
