Healthcare is changing in big ways, and CoverMyMeds is in the middle of it all! As a UX Researcher at CoverMyMeds, you will utilize a variety of research methodologies to advocate for human-centered product decisions to help patients receive the medicine they need to live healthy lives.

What You'll Do:

As a member of the CoverMyMeds UX Team, you will be tasked with understanding user behavior and their interaction with current and potential solutions to generate new insights to help evolve our product offerings. You will join a mid-sized team doing big things in healthcare, with endless opportunities to continue learning and mentoring others.   • Partner with UX Team members, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success to identify opportunities in the product experience.

  • Collaborate daily as a dedicated member of a product team comprised of Product, Engineering, and UX professionals.

  • Support the product team in product discovery by utilizing research best practices.

  • Utilize a diverse set of technical skills including survey design, experiment design, quantitative analysis, unmoderated and moderated user research.

  • Work with Senior team members to design strategy through consideration for long-term product vision and scalable UX patterns and practices.

  • Actively participate and inform experiments to test hypotheses and assumptions.

  • Facilitate ideation workshops with product team members to create a collaborative design environment.

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy and design decision- making.

  • Become an expert on our users by continually iterating, refining, and testing concepts.

  • Present research outcomes effectively utilizing compelling storytelling.

  • Serve as an expert in your product team; champion and enable UX within a growing organization.

About You:

  • You are curious about human behavior and strive to understand why people behave the way they do.

  • 4+ years of experience in UX Research, focused on digital products.

  • You are passionate about shaping the future of healthcare knowing we face nebulous and undefined problems today.

  • You possess a keen understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research best practices and know when and how to apply each.

  • You are committed to empowering cross-functional teams to understand and utilize UX best practices.

  • Comfortable selecting the best methods and techniques to uncover unique insights in a fast- paced environment.

  • Working understanding of the design process, from discovery to design and evaluation.

  • Comfortable with and enjoy sharing the responsibility of understanding our users with product stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex business environment, including working with cross-functional teams to understand their needs.

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills and use them to effectively execute research activities and bring stakeholders into the process.

  • You are learning to balance strategy, research, interaction, and visual design.

  • You are comfortable with adapting and improving as CoverMyMeds products mature.

Technical Nice-to-Haves:

  • Comfortable with product process tools such as Miro, Lucid Chart and FigJam.

  • Familiarity working in research tools such as UserTesting, User Interviews or Qualtrics.

  • Aptitude for product analytics tools and behavioral analysis methods.

  • Experience in healthcare and Specialty medication industries.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$108,400 - $180,600
