Summary: Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily and ongoing schedules for home health clinicians across disciplines * Provide formal supervision of scheduling staff, including hiring input, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and corrective action in collaboration with leadership and HR * Assign work, set priorities, and ensure coverage to meet patient care and operational needs * Serve as an escalation resource for complex scheduling, patient concerns, and clinician availability issues * Collaborate with billing and authorization teams to ensure visits align with payer authorization, visit frequency, and utilization requirements * Monitor missed visits, authorization compliance, and scheduling accuracy; implement process improvements * Partner with clinical leadership to prioritize visits based on patient acuity and regulatory requirements * Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and scheduling systems * Support on-call, weekend, and holiday scheduling as needed Other information: * High school diploma required; associate degree or healthcare-related education preferred * Minimum of 1 year of healthcare or home health scheduling experience * Previous supervisory experience required * Knowledge of home health regulations, visit types, and payer authorization process * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Proficiency with EMR and scheduling systems Job Details Legal Employer: Pardee - HCHC Entity: Pardee UNC Health Care Organization Unit: Home Care Support Service Work Type: Full Time Standard Hours Per Week: 1.00 Work Assignment Type: Onsite Work Schedule: Day Job Location of Job: PARDEEPAV Exempt From Overtime: Exempt: No Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, status as a protected veteran or political affiliation. | |
