Description Infusion RN - Home and Ambulatory Infusion Therapy Schedule: Per Diem (shifts may be Monday- Friday and weekend hours) Coverage: Medford and the greater surrounding area to the Oregon Coast, CA Border, Klamath Falls and Roseburg Provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington. Undergoing infusion treatments can be a daunting reality for patients who find themselves with an infection, nutrition, pain management, cancer treatment or chronic condition need. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
