Location:Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro Parkway Fort Myers FL 33916 Department: Legal Services Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour Summary Performs health care related paralegal services in support of attorneys, including assistance with drafting complex legal documents and conveying legal information as directed by an attorney. Requirements Education: Associate degree required. Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of Five (5) years of administrative legal support or comparable experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Certification: N/A License: N/A Other: Requires strong computer, research, and organizational skills and the ability to work proactively and effectively with a wide range of clients. Must have strong working knowledge of the principles and procedures of legal research; the ability to gather and organize legal evidence; and the ability to draft legal documents such as pleadings, legal responses, affidavits, position statements and briefs. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Requires ability to master other software as needed. US:FL:Fort Myers
