Overview

The Systems Engineer is responsible the applications infrastructure across all networks. Technical support to make application security compliant. Responsible for tech precepts implementation and contractually responsible to be on call 24/7.


What will you do?

  • System Design & Implementation: Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

    • Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
    • Security & Redundancy: Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
    • Automation & Scripting: Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support.
    • Technology Evaluation: Research and assess emerging technologies for potential upgrades or new implementations.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a systems engineer

    • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of network architecture, server administration, virtualization (e.g., Python).
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to see the big picture, analyze complex systems, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
    • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
    • Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
