Milliman's CMH Health Practice is seeking motivated undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in mathematics, computer science, or related fields to join the Products team for Summer 2026. Interns will work on software and Generative AI applications that support our healthcare products and client services.

Job Responsibilities



  • Develop software and GenAI agents that automate internal processes and delight clients.
  • You will act as an owner for various feature and product requests. You own it from start to finish.
  • Perform your own rigorous Self-QA. You are your own harshest critic before you hand off work.
  • Domain Empathy: You will not just stay in a code silo; you will work to understand the healthcare business context behind your code.
  • Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.
  • Design and maintain documentation for features and user workflows.
  • Assist with product testing, performance tuning, and bug resolution.
  • Contribute to team discussions about product direction and technical design.
  • Engage in the strategic promotion of new products, directly contributing to market success.


Minimum Requirements



  • Current college undergraduate or graduate student (Math, Computer Science, or related fields of study is preferred). Will consider other majors for students who have a demonstrated interest and aptitude for software development.
  • Ability to work full-time from the beginning of June to mid-August on-site in Brookfield, WI office.
  • Analytical prowess and organizational mastery.

    • Experience with software and AI development. Those with real-world side projects preferred.

    The Team

    You will join the CMH Health IT team - a cross-functional group of engineers, analysts, and domain experts focused on healthcare technology.

    Location: This is an on-site position at our Milwaukee, WI office located in Brookfield, WI.
