What you will be doing

Summary: The Die Set Up is responsible for gathering, managing press schedules,
loading/removing, cleaning, transporting and documentation for all tooling for the Die Repair
department



  • Job Duties and Responsibilities: Pull all correct tooling for press schedules and supply them to the correct Press /
    location
    Remove all used tooling from presses and separate tooling for caustic / storage Load used tooling into boil out tanks Removed boiled out tooling from caustic tanks, rinse, dry Shot blast all dies from caustic cleaning and transport into die repair shop Number and put away all polished and stored with alloy tooling back into the correct
    rack / location
    Other duties as assigned

What will make you successful?
Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure

Must be able to work cohesively in a team environment


Must be able to lift 50lbs at least 50%of the shift
