Shipping and Receiving Clerk

• Come join our team! We currently have exciting possible Temp-to-Perm opportunities in Salem, NH for a Shipper and a Receiver with experience in receiving, locating, storing, and pulling orders. Must also have Forklift experience.

• Receives, locates, stores, and pulls orders within the main warehouse locations.
• Maintains and controls the accuracy of the inventory in these locations.
• Resolves inventory issues.
  
  
• Counts and sorts materials coming into the warehouse.
• Selects warehouse storage locations for incoming material based on height and weight limits; anticipated turnover; floor loading capacity; and space required.
• Reviews storage locations on an on-going basis to ensure that the existing inventory is well organized and stored in a fashion that maximizes the storage capacity of the warehouse.
• Fills requests for inventoried items listed on pick lists from manufacturing, purchasing, and other departments have required to fill customer orders and perform product repairs.
• Prepares and performs periodic, special, and annual inventories based on requirements identified.
• Moves or transports materials/supplies to other departments.
• Uses electric forklifts and high lift equipment.
• Provides backup support for the receiving function.
• Maintains inventory and other stock records.

• Prior Forklift certification.

• NetSuite experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED.
