Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Security Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance

Travel: Yes, CONUS locations as required

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Lead daily operations for Direct Action training support requirement.
  • Ensure compliance with DD-254, NISPOM, Privacy Act, eCMRA, and PRS thresholds.
  • Manage transition risk mitigation; provide weekly updates; maintain zero mission interruption.
  • Manage team staffing and coverage while ensuring all personnel maintain up-to-date tactical and weapons qualifications, including CQB training within the past three years and current weapons certifications.
  • Enforce drug-free environment, Lautenberg/NCIC compliance, and movement waiver processes.
  • Other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise documentation and communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to pass current MARSOC weapons qualifications
  • Ability to travel to CONUS locations as required


Minimum/General Experience:



  • 8 years' military experience with a minimum of 5 years Special Operations and/or USMC Force Recon Organization
  • Must be a graduate of Special Operations Forces - Close Quarters Battle (SOF-CQB) course;
  • Must be capable of passing current MARSOC weapons qualifications
  • Must possess the following certifications:

    • Firearms Safety Instructor Certification (FSIC) or equivalent;
    • Range Safety Officer (RSO)
    • Laser RSO certifications.


  • Must possess current (within the past three years) experience applying Close Quarters Battle (CQB) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), and demonstrated proficiency in risk management principles


Minimum Education:



  • HS Diploma, or equivalent
