About the role:

TheSenior Manager,Talent Analytics & Insightis the strategic leader responsible for advancing Boston Scientific's enterprise Talent Analytics & Insights data strategy and enabling AI-driven decision-making across the organization.Working for the SeniorDirector of Talent Analytics and Workforce Planningwithin BSC's Transformation Office, this roletranslatesthe enterprise data and planning strategies into thedirection for the TAI product portfolio and ensures that foundational talent data structures, governance, and technology investments support advanced analytics and scalable AI solutions.


As the enterprise SME for talent data, theSenior Managerpartners with senior leaders across HR, HRIT/HR Tech, Data Enablement, and the business to align priorities, remove structural barriers, and accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled workforce intelligence. This leader drives both execution and transformation-balancing long-term architecture decisions with near-term delivery of high-impact analytics and AI capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Enterprise Strategy Execution & AI Enablement



  • Evolve the multi-year TAI data strategy, ensuring it supports Boston Scientific's broader corporate data and AI vision.





  • Drive the build and maturation of the talent data domain on the Unified Data Platform (UDP), ensuring data is harmonized, governed, and fit-for-purpose for AI applications.





  • Identifyenterprise-level AI opportunities enabled by high-quality talent data; align stakeholders on priority use cases and the data foundationsrequiredto scale them.





  • Serve as the enterprise authority on talent data architecture, ensuring consistency, security, and readiness for predictive analytics and agentic AI.





  • Conduct proof-of-concept studies using structured and unstructured machine learning models



Portfolio Leadership & Prioritization



  • Own the strategic direction and investment plan for the TAI product portfolio, including multi-year roadmaps, capability sequencing, and resource planning.





  • Establish and lead prioritization balancingmore immediateenterprise valuewithinfrastructure readiness for advanced analyticsand AI.





  • Ensure delivery teams are focused on the highest-impact work, removing barriers and making portfolio-level tradeoffs tomaintainstrategic alignment.





  • Communicate portfolio progress, value, and risks to senior HR and business leaders.





  • Provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary, dedicated product team-architects, data engineers, visualization developers, business analysts, and scrum master-to execute the enterprise TAI roadmapand augment with AI capabilities





  • Define and reinforce operating models that promote agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.



Cross-Functional & Enterprise Collaboration



  • Partner with HRIT and HR Technology leadership to align system roadmaps, integrations, and data flows with the TAI data strategy.





  • Build strong relationships with analytics leaders across HR, Finance, and functional domains to drive harmonized data definitions and unlock cross-functional insights.





  • Engage external vendors to secure ownership and accessibility of BSC talent data used in analytics and AI models, ensuring alignment with BSC's data governance principles.





  • Advise senior stakeholders on workforce analytics, AI opportunities, and data-driven decision-making to accelerate organizational adoption.



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree indisciplinesrelated toHuman ResourceAnalytics,Information Systems,Operations Analytics,DataScienceor relatedfield





  • A minimum of7+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, Data Product Management, Workforce Planning, or related data-focused roles, with increasing leadership scope.





  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise data or analytics strategy execution, including AI- and advanced analytics-enabling transformations.





  • Product leadership experience, including managing multi-year roadmaps, complex portfolios, and cross-functional delivery teams.





  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and drive enterprise alignment.



Preferredqualifications:



  • Master's degreeor advanced courseworkinbusiness (strategy, operations, or technology focus)Data Science, Analytics(business, operational or HR), or Information Systems,technologymanagementorOrganizational Psychology





  • Strong understanding of data governance, architecture, and talent data domains across the HR ecosystem.





  • Deep experience with data visualization and storytelling; current on visualization technology offerings and their interface with AI





  • Deepexpertisein data science, including structure and unstructured methodologies and modeling





  • Experience working within modern data platforms and enabling data for predictive analytics and AI





  • Certifications inproject management, Agile, orchange management

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
