NSK products and solutions are vital to ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of machinery used around the world.

The Product Line Manager A/Sr will lead the development and implementation of product line strategy, long term growth targets, and product line profitability.


  • Understands, articulates, and captures customer needs and translates them into market requirements for product management.
  • Understands customers' businesses and how NSK products and services apply to solution their needs.
  • Creates and utilizes requirements documents and business plans, and launch plans for NSK products.
  • Leverages business development relationships to help make products and offerings more rounded.
  • Generates business cases to support and justify product extensions and product enhancements.
  • Reviews revenue streams around products and product lines, and assesses profitability on a monthly basis.
  • Suggests approaches to marketing and sales in order to drive NSK growth.
  • Drives increases in business by developing consumer-right products that corresponds with company financial targets.
  • Responsible for generating market trends, consumer insights, growth opportunities, and idea generation and product development.
  • Develops channel new product launch communication strategies.
  • Produces business statistics price points, product mix sales history, and competition data for product introduction.

This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
