- Provide hands-on leadership and day to day execution for Treasury Management operations, ensuring ACH, wire, RTP/FedNow, lockbox, portal, and connectivity servicesoperatereliably, meet SLAs, and support First Western's commercial growthobjectives.
- Oversee client onboarding and implementation accuracy, ensuring entitlements, limits, templates, file formats (NACHA and ISO 20022), and connectivity (host to host, SFTP, APIs) are correctly configured to enable a high touch, seamless transition into Treasury services.
- Ensure operational readiness for new products, enhancements, and vendor releases, including SOP and runbook development, UAT coordination, cutover planning, pilot execution, and post release stabilization across Treasury platforms.
- Manage strategic vendor and technology partnerships, including payment hubs, fraud and positive pay systems, lockboxproviders, andTreasury portals, coordinating releases, defect resolution, and service performance to minimize disruption and operational risk.
- Maintain and govern product level operational controls and compliance, ensuring adherence to NACHA rules, payment system requirements, entitlement governance, dual control standards, and ongoing risk assessments in partnership with Compliance and Risk.
- Monitor and analyze Treasury product performance, including straight through processing, exception and investigation volumes, onboarding cycle time, connectivity failures, fraud outcomes, and portaladoption;lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational leadership and cross functional coordination across Product, Technology, Sales, Bank Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure executionconsistency,client needs are met, and Treasury solutions scale safely and efficiently.
