We're looking for a Corporate Account Manager (NAM) - Chemical Processing Industry (CPI) to join our Industrial Water Treatment team!

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will protect and expand Solenis' existing business within a portfolio of strategic CPI corporate accounts across North America. You'll lead enterprise account strategy, strengthen executive relationships, and drive share-of-wallet growth by expanding programs across additional sites, units, and applications. You'll partner closely with local sales and technical teams and coordinate a cross-functional network to deliver measurable customer value and achieve meaningful, achievable growth goals through disciplined planning and execution.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the continued growth of Solenis by expanding share within existing CPI corporate accounts across North America through multi-site and multi-application growth.
  • Lead enterprise account planning and customer governance rhythms (e.g., business reviews, strategic planning sessions) to align Solenis solutions to customer priorities and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and site stakeholders (operations, engineering, utilities, environmental, procurement, and sustainability) to deepen partnership and influence decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow thoughtfully by expanding Solenis' footprint across utilities and wastewater programs, including standardization opportunities across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, technical service, labs/R&D, digital teams, and supply chain to coordinate trials, implementations, and expansions-ensuring strong execution and verified value delivery.
  • Partner closely with Business Development and local teams to drive new application adoption and accelerate priority opportunities within targeted accounts.
  • Drive pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy by maintaining clear opportunity qualification, mutual action plans, and risk/constraint visibility.
  • Gather and share market and customer insights to support marketing and technology teams in ongoing product, digital, and strategy development.
  • Champion a strong safety mindset and operational discipline across all customer-facing activity and field execution.
What You'll Bring:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to develop effective corporate account strategies and translate them into annual plans that drive revenue and gross profit growth within complex, multi-site customer enterprises.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience leading through matrixed cross-functional teams (sales, technical, supply chain, digital, and service) to deliver outcomes.
  • A strategic, opportunity-driven mindset with the ability to identify high-impact growth plays, evaluate ROI/value, and build compelling business cases aligned to customer priorities.
  • Demonstrated capability in value-based selling, including quantifying and communicating customer value tied to CPI outcomes (reliability, throughput, utilities performance, water intensity, compliance, and cost-to-operate).
  • Strong commercial discipline: opportunity qualification, negotiation support, and comfort navigating procurement and governance processes.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel regularly.
