This position is accountable for taking care of patients and completing all clinical responsibilities. Provides multidisciplinary team coordination services to the assigned areas. Provides medical education to residents, interns and other students. The incumbent participates in or contributes to an environment to advance medical research. The incumbent provides independent judgment in diagnosis and treatment of patients, formulation of treatment plans, and direction of the interdisciplinary team in achieving the goals of the patient care plan. As an OBGYN physician with us, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Women's HealthCare services, ensuring that that the community receives the highest standard of care. You will also have the exciting opportunity to be on the forefront of Cone Health's teaching program. The OBGYN will be responsible for providing teaching services and supervision of OB Fellows, Family Medicine Residents, Medical Students, CNM, PA and NP Students. Requires a strong focus on Ambulatory office visits and Advanced Operative Skills including Laparoscopic.
