Responsibilities
Position: The Internist is certified and licensed by the Department of Law & Public Safety in New Jersey and the State Board of Medical Examiners to provide services. Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients within Summit Oaks Hospital. The Internist shall provide senior back-up coverage and weekend coverage as assigned by Hospital's Medical Director and /or Hospital's CEO/Managing Director. Shall provide administrative services as enumerated and carry an appropriate inpatient and/or outpatient caseload as assigned by Medical Director and/or Hospital's CEO/Managing Director. The Internist will attend 75% of physician meetings and 75% of MedExec meetings.
