Forensic ACT Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Helio Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry (NPP) for the Forensic ACT program, in conjunction with the Team Leader, has overall clinical responsibility for monitoring individual treatment and staff delivery of clinical services.

Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.

This position is also eligible for a $8,000 Sign On Incentive!

Provide psychiatric and medical assessment, along with treatment
• Provide clinical supervision, education, and training to the team
• Provide psychopharmacology services related to the development, maintenance, and supervision of medications for psychiatric and medical purposes, including medications for opioid, alcohol, and tobacco use orders, clozapine and long-acting injectables.

• NYS licensed/registered NP with specialty area of Psychiatry required
• Must have NPI number
• National Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Master's of Science in Nursing
• Trained and experienced in prescribing buprenorphine.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and/or person-centered care a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation
